DAY 1

Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Errachidia – Ziz valley – Erfoud – Merzouga

After breakfast, you travel through Mid Atlas Mountains with changing landscape and changing culture toward the desert of Merzouga. We pass through the cedar woods of the middle Atlas, passing by Ifrane, a charming ski resort and Azrou an important handicraft centre specialised in the work of cedar wood. After the Zad pass (2,178m/7,146ft) you arrive in Midelt for lunch. Afternoon you will drive towards Erfoud via Errachidia and the Ziz valley dotted with palm trees. Continuation to the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. Dinner and over night in desert camp.

DAY 2

Merzouga – Erfoud -Todra gorges –Dades gorges- Roses valley – Ouarzazate

Early morning before the sunrise, return by camels to Merzouga. Departure to Rissani and Erfoud in order to visit the treatment plant marble fossilized before continuing Tinjdad palm groves. Arrival in Todra Gorges for lunch. In the afternoon you will drive to Dades gorges via Boumalne and the Dades valley. The track road crosses Roses valley with its kasbah and ksours, beautiful nice landscapes before getting to Ouarzazate. Dinner and night in a Kasbah Riad Hotel, located inside Ouazazate’s palm grove.

DAY 3

Ouarzazate – Marrakech

After breakfast, enjoy a full visit of Ouarzazate  with the Movie Museum,  Tiffeltout and Taourirt Kasbah (built in XVII century by the powerful Glaoui tribe), or the famous  cinema studios.
We will leave Ouarzazate after lunch to reach Skoura. Skoura palm grove (25 km2) is a fertile oasis lined with immense palm groves houses tiny villages made of clay and bound by small paths on the side of cultures shadowed by palm and fruit trees.
Pise kasbahs melt into the landscape along the way to the Roses Valley. This narrow luxurious valley with steeps sides, ocher colored offers a majestic view and is among Morocco major tourisitic sites.

Arrival in Marrakech at the end of the day.
